TSM Registration: Signup

The Test Site Management platform is an application designed to streamline the management and oversight of certified test centers. It acts as a centralized system between the test sites and centers, ensuring smooth operations. 

Procedure

To enroll with the TSM platform, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the TSM registration page using: https://testsitemanagementuat.examroom.ai/
  2. Click Register to create a new account.


     
  3. Fill in the necessary details under the General Information section.
    • First Name 
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Phone Number
    • Date Of Birth
    • Gender
    • Address Line
    • Zip Code
    • City
    • State
    • Country Name
  4. Click Sign Up.


     
  5. After successful registration, a verification email is sent to the registered email address.


     
  6. Go to the registered email address and find the verification email.
  7. In the email, click the ExamRoom.AI Platform link to set a new password.


     
  8. In the Set Password page, enter your new password in the Password field and retype the same in the Confirm Password field for verification.
    Note: Please ensure the password meets the organization's security standards, with a minimum of 14 characters, which must include at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 digit, and 1 special character.
  9. Click Submit to create/activate your account.


     
  10. After submitting, a window is shown as Your password is successfully changed.
  11. Click Continue to the login page to log in to your account.
