Submit Routine Audit

In the Audit tab, all the approved applications and renewal applications are visible to fill out the audit form.

  1. All the approved audits are visible under the Audit tab.
    Note: Click the hamburger () icon to customize the display sections.


     
  2. Click Fill Audit Form to view all the approved/ renewal applications visible in the Choose Test Center tab.


     
  3. Check the box to which you want to proceed with the audit process for the approved test center application form and click Next to proceed.

Audit Form

  1. In Choose Test Center, select the application form and click Next.
  2. In the Audit Form, fill out all the mandatory details and supporting documents.
  3. After filling in, click Submit to send the audit form for review, Save as Draft to save the application details, or Cancel to close the audit form.
  4. Once submitted, operations teams will review the application form and act (approve, reject, and request change) accordingly.
    Note: Once approved, the record will be visible in the Audit List.
