Introduction

The Site Manager console is used to streamline the tracking and management of certified test centers. It enables site managers to manage the test centers efficiently by coordinating the exams across the test locations, ensuring they meet the requirement standards and perform effectively. In addition to test center management, the console allows site managers the flexibility to assign specific roles to employees, granting customized access. This helps in ensuring smooth operations across all the certified test centers.

To enroll a test center within the test site management platform, a test center must fulfill several essential requirements to ensure it aligns with operational and service standards. They are:

  • Application Form: To join the TSM platform, the test site owner must complete an application form with basic details about the test center's location, facilities, and capacity.
  • Audit Form: After the application is approved, the owner must complete an audit form with test center details, such as videos and photos, to conduct extensive checks.
  • Agreement: Once the audit form is approved, the test center must sign the agreement.
  • Certificate: After the agreement is signed, the test center will receive a certificate. 
  • Go Live: The test center will be live for operations.

A test center is a designated location on a test site, approved by ExamRoom.AI or an organization for conducting examinations. A test site can be an institution, private property, or training facility authorized by ExamRoom.AI to host exams.
Note: One test site can choose multiple test centers.
